We won't pretend there's a one-size price – every home is different. Below are honest, indicative ranges for each part of a home-energy upgrade so you can plan. The only accurate number for your home comes after a proper survey, not a sales visit – and we'll always put it in writing.

You'll have seen "from £5,995" adverts. We don't do those – a price a company can't stand behind isn't a real price. What you'll find here are honest, indicative ranges so you can plan your budget. What changes your price
Your property
Your roof's size, pitch, orientation and shading decide how much solar fits; for a heat pump it's how well your home holds heat and whether your radiators suit lower-temperature flow.
The equipment you choose
A bigger solar array, more battery storage or a higher-output heat pump costs more and does more – we'll talk you through the trade-offs so you're choosing, not being sold to.
Access and scaffolding
How easily we can reach your roof, run cables or site the kit affects the labour, and whether scaffolding is needed – we'll flag it up front, never as a surprise on the invoice.
Grants and 0% VAT
0% VAT applies to qualifying solar, battery and heat-pump work until 31 March 2027, and some homes qualify for grant support – both change what you actually pay, and we'll show you plainly what applies to yours.
The compliant urgency lever
0% VATon qualifying solar, battery & heat-pump installs – for now
0% VAT applies to qualifying energy-saving materials (solar, battery, heat pumps) until 31 March 2027, after which the reduced rate of 5% applies (HMRC VAT Notice 708/6). EV chargepoints are not on the 0% VAT list.

Why won't you show a fixed price?
Because an honest price depends on your home. A "fully installed from £X" headline usually isn't what most people actually pay – the ASA has banned adverts for exactly that. We give you an indicative range now and a firm written quote after a survey.
Will the quote change after the survey?
The survey is what makes your quote accurate. The indicative ranges here are for planning; the written quote after we've seen your roof, heating and electrics is the real one.
What about grants and 0% VAT?
They can change what you pay. Our grants & funding page shows what applies to your home, with eligibility explained plainly and a last-updated date.
